This stays with you. No server, no account, nothing sent. The note never leaves this device — and while discreet mode is on it is not written even here: it stays until you close the tab. We never see it, because there is nowhere for it to arrive.

Why bother?
Gratitude is not homework and it is not forced positivity. It will not fix a bad day, it does not cure depression, and it does not replace a therapist. Sometimes it does shift the focus a notch — and sometimes that is exactly enough to get through the evening.
So there are no streaks here, no counters, and nobody minding if you don’t come back for a fortnight. The mailbox just sits there.
